This includes a 5-year warranty on Interior and Exterior Painting, a 1-year warranty on our Renew Cabinet Package, 5-year warranty on our Timeless Cabinet Package, and an 8-year warranty on our Signature Cabinet Package.

Ryan Parker and the team at Mod Paint Works are very good at what they do. I have worked in the construction industry for 20 years and they are on par with the best painters I have ever worked with. It was scheduled to be a 6 day job and on day 5 we noticed the exterior needed attention – because the inside looked so good, the outside stood out as shabby!
We asked Ryan to add on painting the whole exterior and he was extremely accommodating. He was quickly on site, had a very fair price and his crew didn’t miss a beat. Working with this company was absolutely amazing! From the start communication was extremely easy and I could not be more satisfied with the result! Exceptional. My husband and I are both architects, which translates to the fact that we are particular and pay close attention to quality. We do a lot of home improvement projects ourselves, but needed some help with painting our basement and a piece of furniture.
