Ryan and his team were excellent in getting our 100+ year old building painted. They took the time to identify what was needed and didn't rely on a low bid mentality. They filled the many cracks and fissures in the stucco and did an amazing job with the final painting and cleanup! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality, professional, well managed paint job for their needs.
Mod Paint works did a phenomenal job with paint in our home. We needed almost a whole home paint job including various different surfaces like stone limewash, painting on textured walls, all ceilings and a bunch of drywall repairs. Their work product was great. Ryan and his crew were always on time and more importantly, did a great job of clean up after every shift. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any painting needs we have in the future.
Ryan was absolutely wonderful to work with; he was responsive, answered questions in a way that made me better understand the process and made me comfortable, his prices were very competitive and overall affordable for the specialized need. His team was in and out quickly, did an amazing job and didn't leave any trace of debris when they left. They were prompt, kind, and through. I would highly recommend for any paint project and know I'll reach out again for the next thing on my list!

Ryan painted our 20 year old kitchen cabinets. He did a tremendous job. Very informative and communicated well. Great attention to detail. Cabinets look brand new. We highly recommend Mod Paint works and would not hesitate to use them again.
Overall, we are extremely happy with the work Mod Paint Works did in painting the entire interior of our new home!

Ryan Parker and the team at Mod Paint Works are very good at what they do. I have worked in the construction industry for 20 years and they are on par with the best painters I have ever worked with. Their quality, value, and service are extremely high and the level of communication and professionalism are second to none. We get so many compliments on the interior trim of our house. Most people do not believe it was the same trim they saw before the new paint. I highly recommend them for your project.
I would highly recommend Mod Paint Works. There were so many good things about their work and this company. For starters, Ryan was super responsive to my questions, texts, and calls. I felt very confident using them from the get-go. Secondly, he really knew his stuff. He answered questions for me that I didn't even know to ask and really walked us through the whole process.
We used them for interior painting as well as cabinet/banister painting and are very pleased with the work. Carlos was on time and friendly every single day and we felt completely comfortable having him in our home.

Ryan and team did a great job painting our cherry kitchen cabinets. The white color we chose totally brightened our kitchen and entire first floor. I was reticent to paint custom cherry cabinets but firmly believe the resale value of our home has gone up tremendously - much more than the investment we made to paint the cabinets. One of the biggest "bangs for the buck" we've gotten from a renovation - and we've done many over the years.
Ryan was extremely busy and I had to be patient, but it was WORTH the wait! Quality is in demand and they are both!! I was VERY pleased with the refinishing job they did in our mountain vacation property and they were amazing to work with! Thanks Ryan!!
