The Process: From Initial Call to Final Walk-thru
- Initial Call: You schedule an on-site project assessment that’s convenient to you
- On-Site Estimate: Ryan, Owner/Operator, will meet you on-site to take measurements and assess current surface conditions
- Detailed Estimate to your Inbox: You will receive a detailed, typed estimate explaining all areas to be worked on, products for specific areas, and final total cost you will pay.
- Contract Signing & Deposit Upon selecting our winning estimate, a contract is signed by both parties. A deposit of 1/2 the project cost is collected to lock in dates and supply project materials.
- Project Progression: We begin your project when it’s convenient to you. Paint Techs will be on-site daily until project is completed. We update you along the way.
- Final Walk-Thru: Once we are in the final stages of painting you will be approached for a final walk-thru. We inspect all project areas to assure complete satisfaction with you. At this time, any touch-ups are noted and completed within the next 24-48 hours.
- Final Payment: You provide final payment upon your satisfaction and project completion.
