We were called to brighten this modern loft.  We coated all surfaces with Benjamin Moore’s “Distant Gray” – ceilings, walls, trim, doors.  The trim was coated with a new product from Benjamin Moore called ‘Advance’.  ‘Advance’ is a waterborne alkyd (oil), meaning, the scientists at Ben Moore discovered a way to suspend oil molecules in water, thus leaving you with the waterborne alkyd.  It cleans up with warm water and soap and is an excellent product to work with! The final, cured product is a hard-as-glass surface with a beautiful sheen – a distinguished, rich look.

The color matched perfect with the cabinet doors and made for a seamless appearance.  All the steel work was custom welded in the space so it’s 100% original.  The owner is an artist local to Denver, Pedro Barrios.  His works can be viewed throughout Denver or at www.facebook.com/PedroBarrios.
