This craftsman style home went through a major paint restoration and looked like new upon completion. The colors are a strong representation for this architectural style.

Before:

A recent project we completed in the West Highlands neighborhood of Denver. This home was in dire need of many things, most importantly, exterior paint. Below you will see the condition the home was in when I arrived to provide an estimate. At first glance I was blown away. As I walked around, I knew we could provide what was needed. We took this home from a very dismal state to a home that the owner is proud to show off!

After:

The photos speak for themselves on this dramatic transformation. The finished product reflects exhaustive preparation, including an eco-friendly powerwash to delete years of dirt, water residue and minor mildew. We scraped, captured and vacuumed layers of peeling and failing paint. We feather sanded rough areas and primed exposed, raw wood. Nails were replaced and tightened and holes were filled with an epoxy “caulk”. Once 5 days of preparation were behind us, it was paint time!

This home, like all exteriors we provide bids on, received 2 coats of Benjamin Moore’s Ben exterior, low-VOC paint. We complemented the architectural style with colors reminiscent of the time, but added a touch of bolder, modern flavor. The end result was nothing shy of amazing! The home was shining like a new Mercedes and the homeowner was proud like he should be.
